Extruder Set

The 3D printer extruder is a complex machine made up of many different parts that work together to move and process plastic filament. The main components of a 3D printer extruder are the feeder, drivetrain, hot end, and cooling system.

The feeder is responsible for feeding plastic filament into the extruder. The drivetrain moves the filament through the extruder. The hot end melts the filament and the cooling system cools the molten plastic.
