Other hotend heads are optional. You can change the hotend to do others function including diffterent colours, higher temperature hotend to print higher temperature filaments like PETG,  flexible extruder notend for flexible filament like TPU, Laser head for doing leaser engraving.

This means you can create new colors and merge parts, mix different 2 TPU filaments with hardness to get a new TPU, or even create a new TPU with adjustable hardness. The choice is always yours!

Laser head:

Auto-leveling:
