Marketing Hub (“the Service”) is a private, read-only marketing analytics dashboard operated by the business owner for internal use. By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the Service

The Service connects a business’s own social media accounts (including TikTok via the TikTok Display API) to display performance metrics such as followers, views, likes, comments and shares. The Service does not post, modify, or publish content on your behalf.

2. Accounts & access

Access is limited to authorised internal users. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

3. Third-party platforms

The Service relies on third-party APIs (such as TikTok, Meta, and Google). Your use of data obtained through those platforms is also governed by their respective terms and policies. We access only the data you authorise and only for the analytics features described.

4. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Metrics are provided for informational purposes and may differ from the figures shown natively on each platform.

5. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
