Terms and Conditions for MINGDA Magician X2 Early Bird Program

1. Eligibility: The Early Bird Program is open to all customers of 3D Printing Perth. Employees, their immediate family members, and agents of 3D Printing Perth are excluded from participating.

2. Program Period: The Early Bird Program will run from May 15th, 2023, until July 30th, 2023, or until the available quantities for each offer are exhausted.

3. Offers: The Program consists of four separate offers available for a limited number of customers during specific periods. The offers are as follows:

   • Ultra Early Bird offer: $329 for the first 2 customers (from May 15th to May 25th, 2023)
   • Max Early Bird offer: $389 for the next 10 customers (from May 15th to June 10th, 2023)
   • Super Early Bird offer: $429 for the next 30 customers (from May 15th to June 30th, 2023)
   • Standard Early Bird offer: $459 for the next 50 customers (from May 15th to July 30th, 2023)

4. Purchase: To participate in the program, customers must pre-order the MINGDA Magician X2 within the specified periods and according to the limits of each offer. All purchases must be made through the 3D Printing Perth website or at our physical shop.

5. Payment: Customers may choose to pay a $100 deposit to secure their order. The remaining balance will be requested before the product is shipped to the customer. Alternatively, customers may choose to pay in full at the time of purchase, in which case an extra $20 discount will be applied.

6. Non-Refundable: All purchases are non-refundable except in the event that 3D Printing Perth is unable to ship the product. In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the customer.

7. Shipping: The MINGDA Magician X2 is available on a pre-order basis only. Products will be shipped directly to customers once they arrive in August 2023. In certain areas of Australia, the shipping cost may be significantly higher. 3D Printing Perth reserves the right to cancel the order if the customer does not agree to pay the additional shipping costs.

8. Returns and Warranty: All sales are final, and returns will not be accepted unless the product arrives defective. The MINGDA Magician X2 comes with a manufacturer's warranty, the details of which can be found on our website.
